Acceptance

By using Mise you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Mise provides

Mise is a browser-based tool for generating restaurant brand identities. We provide the software as-is and make no guarantee that generated outputs will be free of trademark conflicts or suitable for any particular purpose.

Your content

You own the brand kits you generate. By generating a kit you grant us a limited licence to store and display it to you. We do not claim ownership of your generated outputs.

Prohibited use

You may not use Mise to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes a third party's intellectual property rights. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the service beyond normal browser use.

Free tier limits

The free tier allows kit generation and preview. Export of files (PNG, SVG) requires a paid plan. We may adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Mise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
