What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. When you use Mise as a guest, we assign you an anonymous session that is stored in a cookie and expires after 30 days. We collect usage events (pages visited, kit generations, exports) to understand how people use the product.

Analytics

We use PostHog for product analytics. PostHog processes usage data on servers in the United States. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics events beyond your session ID.

Brand kits

Brand kits you save are stored in our database and linked to your account or guest session. Guest kits are deleted 30 days after your session expires unless you claim them by creating an account.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, email us at hello@mise.design. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
